[+] Kagi Translate - I previously dropped Google Translate and thankfully last month Kagi released their own translate app. I haven't had a chance to try it out while traveling, but OCR translate is very helpful when abroad.

One analogy I’ve seen for simple anonymous credentials is to think of them like a digital version of a “wristband”, the kind you might receive at the door of a club. In that situation, you show your ID to the person at the door, who then gives you an unlabeled wristband that indicates “this person is old enough to buy alcohol” or something along these lines. Although the doorperson sees your full ID, the bartender knows you only as the owner of a wristband. In principle your bar order (and your love of spam-based drinks) is untied somewhat from your name and address.

Earlier this month, Ars retracted the story after it was found to include fake quotes attributed to a real person. The article — a write-up of a viral incident in which an AI agent seemingly published a hit piece about a human engineer named Scott Shambaugh — was initially published on February 13. After Shambaugh pointed out that he’d never said the quotes attributed to him, Ars‘ editor-in-chief Ken Fisher apologized in an editor’s note, in which he confirmed that the piece included “fabricated quotations generated by an AI tool and attributed to a source who did not say them” and characterized the error as a “serious failure of our standards.” He added that, upon further review, the error appeared to be an “isolated incident.” (404 Media first reported on the retraction.)。体育直播对此有专业解读
